Isn't this what happened to Purple Man and Exidor? Purple man came back, refunded the money, only coming back to scamming even more. *shrug* the majority of the people in the thread Nr posted didn't want him coming back.

Has he paid Nuti back? If that's a no, then he should remain banned imo. Of course he's going to be more respectful, he wants to be unbanned so he can spam (and who knows? maybe scam someone else) and do whatever. If he hasn't paid nuti back, and hasn't shown any signs of planning to do so, then obviously he hasn't changed and still deserves the title "scammer".

I'd say no. Anyone that scams in Cora has blown it imo. Even if the victim has forgiven them, then the ban should exist just as much to protect our members as it should to uphold justice.

first of all..i did Refund Nuti 2 days after i got banned.
Secondly..i can guarantee to you guys that i have totally changed and i dont scam/rage/spam anymore..and as a proof..bomb_flowers asked me millions times to scam with him but i always refused.
Third of all:i would like to be unbanned to get involved again in CD's awesome Community.
Fourth of all:alot of this community members want me to be unbanned and i see nothing wrong to unban me..you can put me under your eyes if you want..
-please moderators give me a second chance :') i promise i wont do anything against this community.

I'm also FOR Ko-bap's unban. He's a pretty friendly member as far as I know, and should be given another chance.
