I need help with paypal.. How to make one mostly. And how to confirm it etc.. Will vouch if u help me:)... Oh and do u have to be 18 to have one?? I remember victor helping me b4 but i never set one up.. I really want to now. Help is appreciated:)

you dont need to be 18, but you need to have a debit or credit card. Once you put it on there they will send 2 payments of like 4 cents or so to your bank account. Check your bank statement and find those two amounts. Once you have them log into paypal and go to the tab that says "confirm bank account" it will give you two boxes and type in the amounts. Once you type in the correct amounts your account will be confirmed. But make sure you don't guess the two amounts you only get 3 trys.

You need to be 18 to legally create one, yes. If you need help making one and you're under 18, just sign-up for an account and use Finland for your country. This way, you can verify your account with just a VCC(plus, you will have a sending limit). If you sign-up under USA then you need a bank account and debit/credit card. I'm 16 and have my own bank account and credit card so the only details I faked was my age. The worse that could happen is that if they found out, they will freeze my account..but that rarely happens because they have better things to do than checking everyone's age.
A Virtual Credit Card (VCC) costs around 10 bucks and the reason why you would want to verify your account is so you can buy more things online with extra trust from sellers. For example, you can only pay for RS membership with verified PP accounts. If you're not PP verified Fagex won't accept your payments.
I created my first PP account when I was 11 and verified it with a VCC. When I came to the US I transferred all my money to my bank account and started a new PP account.

JoJo your gonna need a credit or debit card to verify your account. What they do to verify you is they send you a small amount of $$$ to your account ( mine was 16 cents and 3 cents lol) and you have to go online when they do that and say how much they transferred to you. you dont get to keep it though lol. You can of course just use an unverified paypal account.
On the other hand - i have a verified account. if you wanna buy something that requires a verified account you can transfer the $ to me and il pay for it from my paypal. PM me if your interested in that. I have a vouch thread but it only has like 2 vouches :/ most people do stuff through hosts these days. If you want ask soleils he'll tell you im trustworthy lol
