How do i pay someone with paypal that is selling rsgp?

Im thinking about getting a paypal and want to know how this works. Secondly, how old do u have to be to get a paypal?

I don't think it matters what age, but you need to verify it with like a bank account or a credit card I believe.

Just put your age as 18 but you NEED a bank account or credit card to verify and use your paypal. If you don't verify your paypal you can't do anything with it.

Hi, if the seller accepts Western Union you could use that method. Or you could do a bank transfer if you have a bank account. Another option is moneypak - [Click Here] - you buy this in America only though.
PayPal's age restriction is 18 but you could easily fake it. If you're living in the US you could sign up an account under Finland(as your country) - that way, you will have a spending limit of $2,000.000 per month. If you register a US account you will need to verify it by linking a credit/debit card and a bank account. I've been using PayPal since I was 13 so it shouldn't be a problem. If you want to have a verified PayPal account, you can sign up an account under Finland and then buy a Virtual Credit Card online then link it to your PayPal account. That way, your spending limit will be raised(limitless) and your account will be verified - but you won't be using a real credit/debit card. A VCC costs around 10 bucks and you can google sellers.

The reason why you want to open an account under Finland as your country is because if you want to verify your account, you could easily buy a VCC. If you register a Canada or American account, you need to link a debit or credit card AND a bank account. I'm not sure if you can send money using an un-verified US account either. If you were ever going to buy something online and use PayPal to pay, your address will be in Finland so the seller might ship it to a fake address..something you need to consider if you're going to use PayPal only for buying RSGP or physical items too.

I bought it how many years ago so I don't remember who I got it from. I bought it for like $5 I think. If you need a seller just google it. I'm sure you'll find some. Oh, and if you're going to opt for something other than PayPal, just make sure you know who you're dealing with. Because if you send the money with Western Union, it's done. No chargeback, no dispute, no nothing.

I have a paypal account with 50$ on it now, but i didn't linked it to any credit card/personal information. i just wait a few months untill there is 0% chance of chargebacks/etc. and ill transfer it to my normal account
