PayPal Help.

Hello guys, I need some asnwers in 2 questions:
1.- Is there a way to gift money from one pp to another without credit or debit card?
2.- If i register my paypal with a kid's debit card, will I get a mail to my house?

No you cant send a gift without a credit card, but it doesnt send you mail when you register your credit card you have to confirm it's your credit card with a 4 number thing you can check by online banking or the regular bank statement you get in the mail.
