This Week's Featured Host ~jojo~
Q: Hello jojo, are you enjoying your time with Cora Dyce?
A: Yeah, i greatly enjoy hosting and talking with all the hosts and customers, because after all I essentially host for fun.
Q: How long did it take to accomplish a recruit rank?
A: 6months? It seemed like an eternity, but when i got accepted on nov 22nd i was soooo happy.
Q: How long from recruit did it take you to reach captain rank?
A: Hmm... I think i got captain a few months ago. So maybe 4 or 5 months?
Q: What helped you achieve your recruit rank?
A. Pretty much being friendly with the hosts, and just working hard and constantly betting to earn a rank.
Q: How long have you been ranked at Cora Dyce?
A: Since november 22nd, so almost 6 and a half months.
Q: Are there any downsides to hosting at Cora Dyce?
A: Not any that i can think of. Hosting is really great and allows u to meet and befriend many people.
Q: If you were to choose ONE person right now to become a rank, who would it be?
A:
hmm. This is a tough one. I'd probably have to say tankin dem, because
he's been here for like 11 months and has worked hard and contributed to
the clan with his constant bets and dps and such.
A word with Hi Who, a Cora Dyce Veteran!
Q: Hi Hi Who, tell us a little about yourself before we go into serious business :p
A: Hello. My name is Ryan, and I've been playing Rs for 8 years this July. I am 19 years old and I am a Junior in college
Q: Ok sweet, so you've been here for so long, tell us how you found out about Cora Dyce?
A:
I was a World 1 merchant - standing around Varrock and the Grand
Exchange made it very hard to NOT get drawn into the allure of Cora
Dyce.
Q: What part of Cora Dyce was/is the most appealing to you?
A:
The hosts were friendly and were happy for you when you won, and
sympathetic with you when you lost. The hosts at the very beginning were
new to dicing, as was I, and we all learned and grew together as a
community.
Q: Ok, so we now we know how
Cora Dyce FC pulled you in. Tell us a little about your adventure with
Cora Dyce. Was there any memorable moments, favorite event, etc?
A:
The countless drop parties that kept us betters scrambling around in
circles have always been appreciated by me and had always made me
grateful to have a community that gave back to its members when they
were hard on their luck - especially when my bank was very small. The
ups and downs had been between 10m and cleaned when i had begun betting
here, but recently my bank has been taking larger swings. I get anxious
over every bet, large or small, and I love the experience!
Q: What do you think about Cora Dyce hosts? Easy to get along with, snobby, or just doing their thang?
A:
Cora Dyce Hosts, for the most part, are very friendly and outgoing, and
easy to get along with. Hosts here work hard together as a team to keep
the chat strong and actively improving, so I think they all do more
than just their own thing.
Q: Do you think Cora Dyce improves as time goes by or is Andy slacking ?
A:
Cora Dyce has been experimenting with a lot of things, such as Poker,
Egg Duels, and Lucky 7's. Whether or not these things that have been
experimented with have stayed for long, they show that Andy and the Cora
Dyce script-writing team + Hosts have been working hard to come up with
new innovations and provide its members with an enjoyable experience. I
believe that they do a lot of behind the scenes work, and that they are
not slacking at all.
Q: Do you see Cora Dyce heading the right direction? Are there any impovements to be made?
A:
Cora Dyce is heading in the right direction because the members of the
chat have the Forums to express their beliefs and concerns, all of which
is taken into account and debated by Hosts and Members alike.
Improvements to be made will be offered up for suggestion in the
appropriate forums section and will be discussed in a very efficient,
professional manner
Q: What is your response to the upcoming 11 Billion RSGP drop party on July 6th, 2012? Will it improve Cora Dyce in any way?
A:
This drop should make many Cora Dyce members very happy as well as
countless Rs players who will hopefullu join the FC after seeing its
selflessness and willingness to give back to the community. This
generosity will be appreciated by the entire Cora Dyce community- it
shows how much everyone cares for each other's sucsuccess I believe it
will bring in a new generation of Cora Dyce members and will help our
chat expand have a stronger, louder voice on the plane of Rs.
Well thanks for your time Hi Who. Are there any last words or comments you would like to say to Cora Dyce members/hosts/owner before we end the interview?
A: Enjoy your experience at Cora Dyce! -Ryan
Welcome Sanne, the oldest Cora Dyce member!
