Hey so on this new beta when you right click my name it shows my skill level, but I noticed some players have their combat level showing.

Have no idea, i think it comes with the actionbar's right-click on the minimize button and then it will be? Idk srsly, mine just came as a combat somehow.

i think it shows that based on diffrent peoples cb level

If you right click the button to minimize the ability bar, there's an option to toggle sheath. That toggles Skill Level vs. Combat Level.
