If one person (joe) doesn't bet then its not a gambling clan.
(lets put this in another scenario)
If LTU goes to a orgy and gets rejected from any sexual activity, then it is not an orgy.
(Or)
If LTU goes to bowling alley, but does not bowl... It would not be considered a bowling alley. Merely a minecraft alley.
