What kind of ridiculous logic is that? You can't base someone's innocence or guilt on whether they get angry or not over the accusations. It's more than natural if you're accused of something that you didn't do....

Also, moderators can't perform IP checks on accounts unless they've made at least one post. The only way an admin can check someone's IP, if the account has performed no actions other than account creation, is when they're online. These polls can be tampered with easily and getting away with it isn't a problem.
