Beware of putting too much money in PS events. 100m max imo. The purpose of the event is most likely to advertise. New members and probably some current ones will be very hesistant to download a private server cache that will most certainly be fishy to them or they just won't want to fill their computer with it.

I say keep it to irc. Find a fun creative way to distrubute and win funds. Could be matching a keyword, trivia, random user giveaway, lots of stuff.

The purpose of the 'Drop Party' is to gain more people into joining CoraDyce and them spreading 'Rumors' on how great this clan is. My recommendation is to:
*Free to Play/Member's World Drop party (Split, Many more enjoy member's because of recent RS Updates)
*In RuneScape ask people what they would like their lucky number to be, then invite them into here or IRc to view if they have won. (Random.org Giveaway)
*Trivia based on RuneScape , which should be played in both IRc AND in-game RuneScape whereby you ask questions in the Friends Chat(OnlyOwnerSpeaks) and make others Reply to it out
loud in RuneScape.
*Remember hosts also need to enjoy it because they have been helping the clan at their best by spending time on this and avoiding other stuff in real life.
