This is my progress so far on RS 2012 remake server;
Taverley/Burthorpe - 100% done (includes all entities/miniquests fully functional)
Catherby/camelot - 35% done (farming patches, tool leprechaun, several stores, still missing camelot npcs/objects/quests.)
Varrock - 10% done (several shops, objects)
Lumbridge - 70% done (blood pact quest, most of npcs and objects.)
Rest of cities are around 5-10% or less.
Quests progress:
- Blood pact
- Recipe for disaster
- Lunar diplomacy
- Desert treasure
- Nomad's requiem
- Recruitment drive
- Quiet before the swarm
(will be updated when i have time to implement new one.)
Items progress:
- Completionist cape (all options)
- Ectophial
- All teletabs
- Every single weapon now has it's animation
- Most special attacks
- This morning ranging was finished. You can use every bolt/bow/crossbow and its corresponsive effect
Other features finished;
- Squeal of Fortune
- Money pouch (applies to shops/grand exchange/Trade window)
- Grand Exchange (working the exact way as Rs - you have to wait till somebody sells your desired item).
- Shops (90% accurate to RS, integrated with money pouch)
The main aspect of the game is to re-create 2012 time with no extra fees and fast experience rate (not to fast though).
Many Rs players want to experience member benefits but they simply can't pay or don't want to pay fees for playing, in here the only payment available will be donation to support the project, with no extra benefits than just a rank to stand out.
I've kept custom NPC's that contain teleports around the game or quick-access to content incase players wouldn't like the idea of no custom commands/npcs so there still ingame just disabled until further notice.
I don't have any exact release date for this, as such huge project going solo will take some time.
