I'm going to be posting a guide that goes from downloading the IDE (the program you use to write code) to actually making your first working application! It just takes a bit to write it all out, so stay posted!

W00T! The only experience I have with coding is writing some Excel logic for my maths coursework lol. I guess studying electronics for a school year may also count (logic gates?) but I've been meaning to learn to write in Java or w/e for a while.

Excel still counts! Did you ever code in VBA with Excel? That's decently similar to other coding languages. And logic gates are good too! I'll write the tutorial as soon as I can!

I had to google VBA lol, and apparently I've only heard of it as Visual Basics a few times before when uninstalling software and stuff.
