Doing the Right Thing Empty Doing the Right Thing

    Post by HostRewinding 2012-04-08, 13:24

Hello, most of you know me by now. And if you do you know im STORNGLY against scamming. Their is no point in scamming becuase it ruins the experience of gambling and takes advantage of peoples trust. Another reason why scamming is bad is because scamming ruins your image and reputation, and it is quite despreate to ruin a possible friend ship over pixels.

Recently i was chilling and i was talking to award about just everything in general and he asked me to transfer a santa hat for him. I told him that i won't scam but it is completey his choice. The first thing i said was good,i can finally start showing that i actually do what i preach

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eiHtxzW85vM&feature=youtube_gdata

The whole point is,do the right thing. Don't scam, don't take adavnentge of peoples trust

i could of easily walked away with 100M but i did whats right which if people continue to scam, gambling will die.

I always liked you but today I saw you getting rude to some poor people.
They kept saying your name and you just said to them " I ignore poor people or beggars " something along them lines.
I still like you but I lost a bit of respect for you.

How would you feel if all of these random people followed you going "Can you lend me some cash?" and you can't add them to ignore because there are two many people.

Only solution: Say, "CORA DYCE IS OFFERING FREE CASH! ALL JOIN!!!"

This thread would of been fine if you didn't use such a cheesy paragraph making it obvious that you were showing this off.

Thought the same thing, nice though. Scamming for pixels is really sad. People are playing an online game and if they are such a sad pathetic person that they scam PIXELS then I think they need some therapy.

Isn't that what applying for host is all about? You have to show off your traits that make you legit. You wouldn't say putting good qualifications in a job application is showing off so equally this legit santa xfer is a qualification for a good host.

yeah but theres a section for that, and instead of trying to make it seem like the topic is about 'doing the right thing' instead of 'look i trust traded a santa', is just unnecessary lol, just put this in your app instead of making threads about it, because cmon, we know this thread is really about :l

Doing the Right Thing Empty Clarification

    Post by FrogBrah|29n 2012-04-09, 15:57

Just to clarify my point, I'm not saying what he did was wrong. He legitly transfered a Santa hat and has proof. My point is that the thread was made to show it off, and he could of just included it in his application, instead of masking that fact and writing a wimpy essay.

Regardless, great job, glad you did the right thing. Now work on sharing it the "right way" Wink.

Yeah, and I read that. I was just making a statement, as I thought Award felt I don't think he did anything good.
