He makes a valid point for saying that you can't roll before the host says to. Any of these rolls will not count. I think there is nothing for you to have the scam report for, therefore it is justified in being marked as locked. If the person was prerolling, they really should be doing that in a private roll, not in the fc.

i locked this scam report, only me, Paradyce or a global forum mod can lock these scam reports, and the accused scammer is not a global mod. i locked it because the roll after he says "blah vs blag gl and roll" counts

No it's not legal the FBI will be showing up at their house momentarily,thanks though we've been tracking these guys for a long time.
