Complaint.

Hey,

Sorry to do this but i have been waiting for well over 30min to cashout 129m.
Now when there is no one online i'm fine with it, but since the lobby had 9 hosts in it (4OP's)
its crazy that i have to wait for 30min +.
There was some1 who could cash me out the entire time, but he refused to pay outof his own pocket?
idk what that is all about but its crazy to let some1 wait while you are a ''host''.

tbh be glad it was me, lets say it was a stranger, he wont tell ppl that he know to go to here if this kindof thing happens.....

Do you mind me asking who the ops were? I'd like to know why they didn't help, or at least didn't try to sort it out between them.

I would like to make a request that hosts who are away from their computers, please log off your IRC accounts so we know which hosts are actually available to accept request cashins/cashouts.

No need. If they're afk and the bot assigns them with a conversion request, the bot will automatically make them inactive in IRC so they won't be assigned any future requested until they get back.

That wasn't the fault of the hosts, when hosts get maxed out with cashins they can't accept more.

^Exactly, there was no host that could do it. Pomp was not refusing to do it, he couldn't do it.

The reason I commented is, you said there was 9 hosts. 4 Ops, so 5 half ops. At the moment we have heapppppss of recruits in the hosting team, so lets say 4 out of 5 of the half ops were recruits, so they can't do anything about it, even if they owe the house 25m, so it automatically skips them. 2 of the Ops in the channel were probably zodz (sleeping) and God Fury (not a host), so that basically leaves 2 ops and 1 half op.

I cash you out already, sorry for the wait but sometimes our host needs some break as well 30 mins is not much of a wait. But yea sorry for inconvenience we just ask for your patient and understanding but we are sure that someone will cash out you once we are available.
