He was banned for an indirect scam, and I was asked by two mods if I wanted him banned. At the time, I said yes. I feel as if the ban is unjustified, and I want him to be a part of the community again.

Account owed 60m to Mb8, and since Mb8 owed Allen, said that he would just pay the money straight to Allen to make things easier.
Well, it was never paid, and later he got banned for scamming that^.

Now, Allen likes his personality, forgave the 60m debt, and wants him back on forums.

I don't trust him one bit, and I don't think scammers should be allowed on forums no matter how "fuN" their personality is. They still scammed in the end.

Mb8 didnt owe allen, he scammed allen. So why should account be to blame because the money that he owed to someone, scammed someone else? Doesn't really make sense. But I also agree that scammers shouldn't be on the forums at ALL. Doesn't matter if they pay back or not.

He paid me back in alternate currency. Unban him please.

From what I've gathered, account made an effort to pay back Allen's 60m, but in the process it got scammed by Mb8. As far as I'm aware, account still intended to pay back Allen's 60m and he has now done so, not as Pennys, but in another currency which Allen is satisfied with. Thus, his loan has been repaid, no scam has occurred, ergo, he should be unbanned.
