You're assuming that what they saw was in some way damaging. Idk whether you saw the image and I won't go into what it exactly entailed... but it was not hardcore (though'd still probably be classified as such). I'm not even sure whether actual intercourse could be seen or not, I just remember two females and a bottle of oil. Zemlyr also only posted it in one of sections of the forum which received less traffic (there may have been something in Spam but I think it was only him flaming).
I also tried searching around for the legal aspects of ^ as it never occured to me before. I couldn't find anything other than CIPA, whch only refers to public libraries, and a man being charged for the dissemination of obscene material to a minor (which would only affect Zemlyr?).
It was just a single image and I doubt it'd have any serious repercussions. Pennys does actually have real monetary worth and having that scammed off you (with the unlikelihood of it being paid back) would be, imo, more damaging.
Sorry for starting all this, lol. I actually thought posting porn was worse when making that post, so I have no idea how I ended up here, lmao. I just got annoyed at Elk.
