How do you get a poll started for hosting?

I was just wondering how and if someone could start a poll for me. Just cuz i've seen a lot of people talking about it.

Well I made a mass poll last week for outstanding applications. I also made a post mentioning that if you wanted a poll you could PM me.

I made that post on another thread not this one and it was removed already. I was only referring to it because you heard about the mass poll.

So many people pmed me after they saw the post in this thread :/
