In my opinion, his care free attitude of going around the channel and saying he has scammed in the past creates an atmosphere to sets a terrible influence on new and even old members. When he does scam, this attitude creates a sense of grief and trauma to his victims that takes a toll far greater than money. Whether or not he pays back, he creates a sense that they would never be paid back, and for all intensive purposes, scammed. It would be incredibly irresponsible to allow this criminal to create the sense that I can scam, repay, and have no further consequences.
Unless Cora Dyce himself instructs me to unban him AFTER I argued my point and provides valid counter points, I will keep him banned even if it means fighting other ranks.
To the victims, I do feel bad for your situation with eth, however as much as I would like to compensate for the loss, I cannot allow the egregious error of trusting a member who does not hide the fact that he scams to be mitigated by giving reimbursement.
