Scammed for how much: 180m (Loan) and 18m (Dice wager)
Other ranks can vouch me on this. About a month ago, Rdraglon asked me to lend him 90m. I kept saying no, then he said he'd pay intrest. We came to an agreement of me loaning him 90m for 180m in return. I set the date for August 14th, 2015 for when he should pay me but he hasn't even paid me a single penny, and keeps saying he has no money. I recently asked him when he would pay me back and he replied with "When I get the money". (About a week ago, he swapped 100m RS3 to Rock. And he also has a power leveling service with Inva, so he obviously has the money.) He keeps changing the debt and said he did it for 150m, trying to pretend like I forgot what the debt was. He also claimed he paid me 10m which he hasn't and that's where this other 18m scam comes in...
Rdraglon clearly says "When I get the money." and he tried changing it aswell.

Short story from those logs if you don't want to read through the logs: Marines wagered 20m on dice. I told Rdraglon to roll for me, so I transfered him 20m. He joins the Dice wager, and wins [10-7]. He only transfers me my initial 20m and not the extra 18m. He decided to keep the 18m which I clearly didn't say he could keep any of it. Then from this, he claimed he paid me 10m... when it was my own money...?
Someone resolve this please. He refuses to even pay a little of the debt back and scammed me 18m.
