Bets can only be accepted if it matches all of the following criteria:
Hosts cannot accept a total payout above their IRC maxes. For example, a general rank cannot have a payout of over 1b. (if you would like to complete a bet over, split it among multiple hosts so 1b on inva, 500m on me etc. and treat them all like separate bets)
The bet must be paid for before the game begins, unless otherwise specified.
The bet must be agreed upon, you cannot simply post a bet on a thread, have it unconfirmed and try to claim it as a win.
Bets can be made through sports betting websites or custom bets such as 5m if Oregon wins, 10m if THE Ohio State University wins. Other examples and ideas are, who scores first, margin of victory, etc, this is your chance to be super creative. It also isn't limited to sports. It can include Oscars, Grammies etc.

Personally, there are few restrictions on what bet I will agree to or not.In general a payout under 5m I will call, no fees etc.
If there is a large bet such as 200m bet for 500m payout I may lower the odds, or may not depending how I feel. I don't want to bet 300m on the cricket world championship where I don't care nor want to watch any of the games. If I were given a significant money edge I may agree because it's worth the risk.

Sports bets on the following sports (vs me) ----- 0% Comish
-Cricket (Any Cricket)
-AFL (Any AFL Game)
-Soccer (Any EPL or A-League Game)
Middlemaning/Wagers; (In RS3 terms, can be converted to 07)
Pot under 5m = 0% comish
Pot between 5m-50m = 5% comish
Pot between 50m-100m = 4.5% comish
Pot between 100m-499m = 4% comish
Pot between 500m-1000m = 2.5% comish

Terms of Service
*A maximum bet of 75m RS3 (150m pot) or 7.5m 07 (15m pot) can be placed*
*Both betters MUST pay BEFORE the match, not during or after*
*The commission of each bet will be discussed in private but will be no more than 5%*
*Players may bet ANYTHING that they agree to (win/loss/tie/scores/player x scored most goals/etc)*
*I will accept bets on ANY official sports matches that will I will be able to view the results of*

I suppose actually getting something started is a success on its own. I wish you the best of luck with the service, pants. Now where's Frosty? I'm sure he'd love to be a part of this, in about a 25% capacity at least.
