Thoughts on EU Internet?

I'm.. like two days late posting this thread but i'm curious on what everyone's thought on it are.

Everything you put on the internet should be considered available to public whether you like it or not. using the internet for confidentiality is never smart.

The idea is a grand waste of money in the battle against 0's and 1's.
