Frogi's account....earnings = gone

Hey. Frogi here just wanted to say that I feel sick. Here's the story.. I was hosting in W1 for Cora's cc when I decided I wanted to go outside for a bit. I log, shut down, and head out. Come back literally 20 minutes later and go to my bank when all 3 of my masks are gone, my santa hat is still on me, but my masks in my bank are all gone? The hell is this. Feel like quitting. 500m or whatever they were was a lot. Too much to be under by. I'd never logged into any weird sites, I've never even used my RS password for anything else. I don't know how this could have happened but yeah.. it did.. Dunno what to do now..

Change your password now. Make sure you know your recovery questions. Use a current e-mail and hope for bests bro. Sorry for what happened.

That's what's so weird. I've done all of that. Everything is secure and all. There's no freakin way it could have happened, I have a bank pin and it got passed that too??? Really now I honestly don't know how this could have happened, it's not possible!

Right when I was finally getting close to my goal of a yellow-phat. Cool.

I was pming Frogi the whole time on rs and he was on world 89 and then 31, he wouldnt respond so something was wrong. Dont know how that couldve happened frogi.

Have you ever downloaded something or tried out a Runescape Private Server (they are littered with java drive-bys)?

Keyloggers are VERY common now and i would advise you to use the onscreen keyboard from now on. Keyloggers can't pick those up.

If you can, invest in a keyscrambler or run you anti-virus a few times, though a lot of viruses are crypted to the point where they can't be detected.

Look frogi, i was pming you whole time, and you never logged out completely, when you shut down are you sure that "are you sure you want to continue" when you try to X it out didnt pop up and you forget to hit that and one of your irl friends take it? If your irl friends play rs check and make sure it wasnt them. You never know :/

Dang man sorry to hear that. Email jagex through parents@jagex.com? It's weird cause if you were scammed then your santa should have been taken as well. Maybe your bank was glitched up? I'd honestly email them because if your account was protected this should have never happened. Did you have a bank pin?

He said that he had a bank pin and that his masks were in the bank and santa on his head which is even more weird

Froggy do any of your irl friends know your bank pin? It definitely must be a glitch because why would a hacker leave a santa but take the masks?

Dream, I've never logged into a private server. I've never messed with anything like that.. The only sites that I've visited in weeks are Runescape, this site of course, and I logged into facebook once but that really doesn't have anything to do with this.
Sean! I DO have a bank pin, that's why this is SO MESSED UP, it should not have happened. Makes me wanna quit. Gonna take forever to earn mask set again...

Another part of the puzzle that makes absolutely no sense.. I came back within 20 minutes of leaving, logged into the lobby and Psyco said 'Frog why did you say that?' I had no idea what I'd said cause I hadn't been on in 20 minutes, and certainly didn't say anything that would have...roused that comment? I must have checked my bank 30 times and used the search option. It's not in the GE either. This is beyond weird... who would hack an account.. and not notice the santa hat on their head, but get passed a pinned account and steal my mask set?

I also have NO real life friends that play Runescape and/or know my password. It's impossible. Everybody probably thinks I'm completely nuts, but it's true. My set is gone and I don't know how. It's impossible..

Never thought about a roll-back, but that is a thought. That explains why the santa is in place.

In my opinion he got rollbacked. (His items). A keylogger would take everything, unless he has 1% heart. But if this is really true, the only way could be a rollback by jagex. Maybe they make this for "mutes because of item scamming". I got muted because of item scamming twice, and they had no proof. I just said Join cora dyce the most legit dicing cc... Jagex sucks. Greedy nerds.
