    i know i posted this twice wanted to make it known, and maybe should of been here in this topic. Is it safe to use guys same say yes and some say no, also is it made by a jmod?

    It is not made by a J-Mod. Some people have asked this in Mod Mark's FC many times and the ranks say that it's your choice to use them. There is a chance you'll get hacked (risky), etc. so just use the regular downloadable client. 
    Just stay away from 3rd-party clients (with the exception of our RS+IRC client) and you'll be perfectly fine.
