quoting issue

Whenever I quote someone, the cursor remains in the quote. Meaning I can only type in the "quote box"

Started happening a week ago for any thread. Tried from both pc and phone, issue still remains. 

This is really bothering me I'm so used to quoting someone to reply

Help me.... rand xD 


Or any of the of the other mortals can help too
