So my immediate reaction was to click this link. I clicked it, it asked for my username and password as it does for normal Rs. It looks exactllyyyyyy the same as Rs.com and then it asked my for my bank pin to see if it is "really me"? And I was like, fuck this seems sketchy as shit. so I logged onto my account from the REAL Rs website (Rs.com) and nothing is wrong with my account? in fact, the email that i got this from isn't even associated anything to do with the email for my account. and I got this on friday and my account is fine and nothing bad has happened yet. I even got 99 herblore today.
But re-reading the email it says, "In addition we have temporarily changed your Rs account's status"
1. My account status is fine and nothing has changed
It also says Please Note: Due to recent technical problems with our automated detection systems, some account have been unfairly punished. Most of the void infractions should have been removed. Please visit the appeal section to appeal any unjustified infractions received due to system errors.
2. Jagex would never admit that their system has unfairly banned people. And this is the 2nd time that the email is pushing that I go to the first link.
And usually in an email from Jagex, it will have an image of Rs 3 Banner in it. This one did not, and usually at the bottom it would say " © 2013 Jagex Ltd. Jagex® and Rs® are registered trademarks of Jagex Ltd in the United Kingdom and trademarks used in other countries of the world.

Jagex Ltd. St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge CB4 0WS United Kingdom" This one had something along the lines of it but it was not correct.
So do you guys think this was a fake email? One to hack my account? Well I changed my password instantly so thats okay. Um yeh. Shat bricks
