Abused...........

So for the past few days, sean has been treating me bad. I understand i owe him money and that has nothing to do with what the problem is now. He bans me for no actual reason and nobody seems to care hes abusing his powers.

Okay.. so this is the first time I learned of the first ban and this ban today as well.

Sean this is clearly an abuse of power, I would understand if it was actual abusive behavior but just because he nonchalantly posts on the forums and it may be dumb stuff doesn't give you the reason to ban him.

The last ban especially has no merit to it. This isn't going to help your cause to get OP as well. I understand he used your cash without your permission and you did say you'd ban him if your money wasn't delivered to him. I attempted to pay on his behalf but you gave it back to me. If I gave him money to give to you you still would have done the same thing so nothing can be done about the situation.

If you're banning him because he isn't showing remorse for using your cash (even though I think he made a post saying he regretted it) I don't think that's a credible reason either for banning him.

Sean, I think you're out of line banning Veny for those reasons. It's pretty obvious from the examples that he's given that he wasn't banned for the reasons that you've suggested. It's questionable as to whether he does deserve a ban for other reasons, but if you believe that he should be banned for those reasons, then that is the reason you should provide in the explanation. You shouldn't be fabricating reasons to ban him.

I've also recently learnt that Cannons has been banned for "gravedigging"? I'm concerned that this could be a result of speaking out against you? It could just be an unfortunate coincidence so forgive me if I'm wrong.

Yes, he banned you for the wrong reasons but you deserve a perm ban until you pay him back. Common sense.

I've not seen anyone banned for gravedigging for a long time. From my own experience and what I've seen of other mods, we're generally pretty lenient in terms of enforcing this rule, usually just deleting the posts and warning the offender. Plus the protocol for gravedigging in the forum rules is a compiling warning rather than an immediate ban. It just seemed like a bit of a coincidence to me that Cannons got banned for gravedigging only minutes after speaking out against you, hence I was concerned. But if you're telling me that the two are unrelated then I'm happy to take your word for it.
