Question About TeamSpeak

Is TeamSpeak ABSOLUTELY required to become a host? Will Andy allow me to host if I don't have TeamSpeak?
I cannot download it (firewall). There's not any way that I can see that will enable me to get it.
Wishing I had it though...:/

You can get it  Download "Spotflux" --> just type it in in Google and download it, it's a free VPN, I also use that VPN to get on IRC and TS when being @ Uni because the firewall blocks it there too.
Even when it's not for host, just download it, it's fun to get to know the other better

Psh, barely any of the hosts use teamspeak now (so it seems to me). I don't think it's an enforced thing anymore. Even when it was enforced, some of the hosts who weren't able to use it were excused for the most part.

Ik, people should get on the TS more often...
