I think Cora should remove the chatbox privileges of all the deranked hosts from old to current.
If the banning still continues then I pretty much know who it is.

Constructive criticism: Andy didn't complete his job when deranking inactive hosts. There's some deranked hosts who still have chatbox mods. I'm not going to name them, but it's Andy's job to check who's still modded in the CB after being deranked.
