You need to set www.google.com as homepage.

Dice Roll:
download Isdone.dll from internet and replace it with old Isdone.dll which is probably damaged it is usually located in C:\windows\system32 (keep the old file somewhere else just in case something goes wrong)then open command prompt and type regsvr32 Isdone.dll and hit enter 
if it does not help try downloading skyrim from torrent
