Someone clear this for me!

Okay, this issue has been bothering me for a while.

What is the difference between the United Kingdom (UK), Britain, and England. I am so confused, what is the overall country called! Then what are the rest?

United Kingdom.

Then what is England? Then what is Britian?

The British Isles are the bunch of islands, including Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England.

Great Britain is the island of the countries England, Scotland and Wales.

United Kingdom is the group of countries England, Scotland, Wales and Northen Ireland. The rest of ireland are just annoying... It's a union of them four countries.

And England is the bottom part of Great Britain, excluding Wales.. -.- It's one of the countries that make up Great Britain.

UK=All of them

The British isles are all of the countries and islands in that area, including southern Ireland.

The United Kingdom is England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Great Britain is England, Wales and Scotland and all of the Scottish islands. Great Britain does not include any of Ireland.

England is the bottom half of Great Britain but which does not include Wales.
