The problem is most likely with your image link; it might be a broken link. What site did you use to upload your image to?
Oh and you misspelled height, so fix that although that's not the problem.

I didnt use a website i made a picture in photo shop used snipping tool to get it on my computer and get a real quick pic and wont work i also saved it directly off photo shop as png and jpg

You need to upload it to an image hosting website. Upload it to www.imgur.com, take the direct link and insert into the image source and it should work.
