I need help...please give serious answers. Don't say Lesser Demons; I tried them and it appears that they are very strong against melee attacks.

F2P melee xp is pretty shit right now because Jagex nerfed rune, you used to get about 50k xp/hr. Best xp is giant red spiders for both F2P and P2P though.
About 25k-30k xp/hr if F2P, but 150k-200k xp/hr if you're P2P.
Make sure you're using a crush weapon! I haven't tried this, but a Gravite 2h might be the most effective weapon for F2P *if it's crush*. Or, get P2P and buy a Sara Sword for beast xp.

There is an alternative for AFK F2P melee. BEWARE: DO NOT LOG OUT.
Moss Giants will be aggressive when you approach their area. They will attack you, and make sure to get Momentum as soon as you can as they are very easy to kill and have decent xp. You can kill 1 in less then a minute, providing 190xp giving around 10K-20K xp depending on your level. This is great for AFKing. If you log out, however, they will become unaggressive.

Kill elks, they have great xp, they drop some good loot like 20m cash stacks and frankly...they r fun to kill

Since I am pure F2P player, the best monsters you can find are usually in the Stronghold of security. Flesh Crawlers/ Zombies is the way to go!
