Ban appeal...

Hello guys, today Pking-zamo29 A.K.A seif313/2 is trying to frame me again. Apparently I tried to scam him for a membership pin, for one I have no pins atm and 2 he's tried this plenty of times before, I'm sick of this kid trying to frame me because it ruins my rep. I know it's him because he's always pming me on rs and it's fucking annoying, can you do me a favour and just IP ban him.

1) He's a scammer
2) He ruins peoples rep
3) He leeches the fourms giveaways
4) He leeches drop parties

Just ban him because he's really annoying me.
