This guide is based on killing Black Dragons. I will give you short steps in what to do.
1. Get on whatever ranged gear ( I use crystal bow with void)
2. Bring pray pots, anti fire, range, few food.
3. Go to Zanaris, as soon as you tele there you will see a chicken and a chicken shrine, kill the chicken, use the meat on the shrine, you will end up in a dungeon of black dragons
4. Pot up, use pray mage, kill black dragons, and loot only the black dragon hide
5. Every Invy is roughly at least 100 - 120k , without pak yak, war tortoie, etc.
6. Bank in Zanaris
7. Repeat
This yields atleast 1M/Hr, the good thing about this place is that the dungeon is totally empty, and the bank is a close distance!
