    This user sent a massive amount of private messages containing a link to a phishing website. He hasn't made any posts, so no mods can obtain his IP address.

    Please check his logs and see what IP he used to create his account, send the messages, etc. If you send it to me, I can compare it with other users to see if it is someone within our community.
