SypherPK: Banned because of a misunderstanding. He did not have mod powers after he left; I had visited his profile many times and administrative use was enabled (meaning he wasn't a moderator).

Didn't Neo got into CoraPvP Mod group? If so it would have been sypher since he's group admin.

The mod group was dissolved once Sypher was demoted. Pretty sure Andy was group leader anyway?

Even if Sypher did add Neo to the group, he would only be able to lock/delete/archive threads exclusively found in those sections--not ban, read archives, etc.
