New Game Idea For IRC

This might be fun to play, but it would take way too long to have each person roll that many times.

I think 20 would be a better number.

This idea, is okay, but lets try fixing it.

You take turns rolling, whoever can roll closest to 21 or land exactly on 21 wins.

So basically, say you are at 18, and you don't want to risk rolling again, because you might go way over 21. You stop.

Or You can risk it and try rolling, you might get a 2,3,4 and land even closer to 21.

Isn't this called black jack? Not sure.

I think his idea is the first one to get to a number. It doesn't matter if you go over

Lets fix a couple things with this: you roll an 10-sided die, having 2-11 since 11 can go both ways being 1 or 11 in black jack. It wouldn't be the same odds considering there is a 4x higher chance you would get a 10 in regular black jack then with a die, but it would still be like blackjack and i personally love that game. Learned how to count cards which wouldn't come in handy for this though.

It seems like a good idea... but as u all guys say, i think blackjack would have been better =)

Black Jack would be easier.

Yeah that's blackjack

This will take a really long time, since you can't even spam !roll with every single command registering. It'll take AT LEAST 9 rolls to get to 100+, which will take over a minute.

Way too long.

Anyways, what's so bad about Dice Dueling?
The chances are still 50/50 either way, and Dice Dueling only takes a few seconds.

Also, Black Jack would be cool, i have already made a topic about this, that had gotten forgotten about. To make less spam you could get the bot to pm you your rolls, and don't let the opponent see the rolls, and when the Game is over, have the bot says who wins in the I R C, by the scores.
