World 1 is so spam filled that advertising isn't all that effective. Advertising on other worlds produces different effects:
-A large clan big enough to advertise on different worlds
-Spark interest in people unfamiliar to dicing.
I've also found that alot of people are unfamiliar with IRC dicing, so it may be wise advertise our forums instead of advertising our actual dicing location.
