How I make money by flowers [ NOT HOSTING ]

im just putting a guide out there
i can take it down if its a problem


WARNING - Gambling is all luck. It really is. The methods I'm going to post here work I'd guess.. 70-80% of the time, but there have been some crazy things to happen.


Firstly, I'd like to say welcome. This isn't really a guide, more of a quick explanation on how I noticed flowers work.


The main piece of advice I can give, is to leave after you're up a few mills. If you think to yourself "Well I already won 5m, I can win more!", you're going to end up broke with no money. That's how gambling works. Know when to cash out.


Anyways, I've noticed (and I'm sure others have too) that there's a certain pattern that flowers grow in when planted. I'll try my best to explain them here.

The game is hot/cold (and sometimes rainbow for x5, but try to refrain from betting on rainbow)

Hot goes - Red, orange, yellow.
Cold goes - Blue, Purple, purple mixture
Rainbow - Red yellow blue all in one flower.


Hots are the most common. I always bet hot. I RARELY TO NEVER bet cold.
Typically, after a rainbow, you can expect a hot.
Hots USUALLY come in pairs of 2.
Rainbows USUALLY come the fourth-seventh flower.
If two colds happen in a row, it's almost a definite that the next flower will be hot. (Keyword almost)

Here's how I bet.

I walk up to a ranked flower host and bet him 1m and I bet hot. 2 things can happen.
1 - I win, it's a hot, and I'll get 2m back.
2 - I'll lose, and I'll lose my money.

If I get option 1 - I'll take the money then bet another 1m on hot, and repeat.
If I get option 2 - I'll rebet 2m and bet hot. That way if I win I get 4m back, putting me back up 1m.
If I lose the 2m bet, I'll bet hot again for 4m. That way If I win, I'll get 8m back, and still be 1m positive.
If I lose 4m, I'll bet 8m on hot, etcetc.

As soon as you win, go back to step 1 and bet 1m. Never get too greedy and here's why.
FLOWERS CAN BE COMPLETELY RANDOM.
I've seen instances were rainbows happen 3 times in a row.
I've seen instances were there were 6 colds in a row.
I've seen instances were there were 5-6 hots in a row.


Flowers can be a great source of money for people who have extra to spend. I don't recommend this for people on a tight budget or people who really can't afford to lose money.


Tips -
DO NOT bet on a host who has 3-4 people trading him. It's a bad idea because say you bet 1m on hot and get a cold. Four other people are trading him to bet hot now and chances are he will not choose you to rebet after you just lost.
DO NOT trade random hosts. I've noticed the guys in 'Cora Dyce' (Ranked hosts only) don't scam. And I've done some pretty stupid bets before like 15m on rainbow, and have won (pure luck). I'm not promoting Cora Dyce either, by the way, I just don't have experience with any other ones.
Try to watch your host for a few minutes. Watch what he does. Watch what flowers come up. I like to come up to a host who just had a cold or a rainbow flower show up.

I'll give this a go

I do hot/cold a lot when I'm not at the spirit tree and i have never seen an accurate pattern. Hot only has a 0.15% chance more than cold, but this is only based on a test of 7500 flowers planted. This is a great guide. You only forgot to mention the chances of you being paid out if you win..

i tried this but with frost flowers instead. Host planted 11 hots in a row.
