Why am I doing this?
For obvious reasons. I don't want people talking behind my back.
Not only that, but I don't want to create drama.

Ending Note
I would suggest all hosts to do this so we can clear any problems.
Even members can do this, so there will be a lot less drama
in the community and hate words can come to an end.

I think you're smart, nice, and come up with good ideas such as the newsletter and even this thread.
One problem I have with you is how quickly you were ranked, around 3 weeks after you put up your application. I don't hate you for it, and I admire your hard work and activity, it's just that you seem new to me. I do think you were a good host choice here at Cora Dyce and I think you'll be very successful.
