Alching with profit.

i STRONGLY suggest you make your materials as for buying them you will not make any profit.


First things first you got to MAKE your materials

Required stats for this VERY good and effective method is to have the following stats and items.

62+ Crafting.
44+ rune crafting.
63+magic

-The items are listed below.

Experience table for doing this process is.

Items Components XP Type
Molten glass Bucket of sand + Soda ash 20.0 Crafting
Unpowered orb Molten glass + Glassblowing pipe 52.5 Crafting
Fire orb Unpowered orb + Charge Fire Orb 73.0 Magic
Fire battlestaff Fire orb + Battle staff 125.0 Crafting

Total experience = 73 Magic experience and 197.5 Crafting experience

Once done making the staff proceed to alching the BATTLESTAFF and make yourself a nice 9.3k.

you can make money from buying the nature runes and items. You just need to find the right items

odds are the items your speaking of only alch for around a few 100gp or so of profit where as many people wanna profit high and alch at low cost, my guide simply does both you spend little on materials such as buying the molten glass and making your own runes which obviously includes labor but its worth it in the end if you think about it.

but either-way your statement is very true you could go and buy the materials yet you'd loose money.

Hey guys!! From what I found (this was within last 5 days) is that Blue D'Hide Bodies make a decent profit of about 15gp per alch (everything bought) and you can buy really high volumes at one time, forsure >10,000.

if you make the d hide bodies its easier.

There are diffrent items to make profit from alching, this would be slow i guess. - just my opinion.

Making your materials instead of buying them means you could've sold them to the GE for more profit. IMO you're still losing money when you do this. Instead, why not find a BETTER way to make money and then lose a bit of it alching.
