Rags to Riches? - Mr XK= [White Phat Achieved-2b]

Hey guys, after quitting, I finally decided to join the game. I did some bets with SM and made ~ 50m, but that's set aside as a cushion and I want to start a self-motivational log. Rags to Riches through skilling, pking, or what have you.
(P.S. If i'm posting in the wrong forum tell me. I thought "General" would be inclusive of the log lol)

ya every time u get 10m bank it and dont rage bet it. EVER! always start over when u reach 10m so u keep on getting cash. thats what i do. im a slow better but i have 20m banked atm and 3.3m in my pouch

I guess it's invaluable for the future, but as of now, I dropped to 2.2M :3. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day.

Patience/persistance are by far the most important things to a steady rise in cash. Gambling addiction is possibly the worst.

Not much ^ truth in that. Sometimes the quick , thoughtless risks are what make you bank. Just my two cents.

Try to bet as low of possible. 200k-300k on recruits then bet x2,x3,x4 if you keep loosing. It's much faster if you can get the host to call.

@over, it's more of a mix between betting and actually money making. Like I want to actually enjoy the game as opposed to mindlessly staring at an IRC and in-game chat, biting my fingernails of whether i'll win or not.. eh I've obtained more than 18M today though, so it's been rather decent.

i was wondering , i have 2.5m right now and i keep losing profits i make trying to win at dicing. right now im flipping ancient pages for about 80k prof each but i can only buy about 6. Plus yhey take forever to buy and sell.

I was wondering how did u go from 2.2m to 20m in one day? do you have any tips?

I make my money mostly from merchanting, dicing, and skilling, if you're wondering that's how I made ~ 20M yesterday. Hopefully, I can match that today

I can get 70M history with only 5M, you just have to control rage/bank bet and bet slowly.

Good response ^ . I feel the way most people get cleaned is that they bet their bank after X amount of losses. I always find that controlling your emotion = more profits.
