The mask set is a nice beginner goal.
1B is where you make it to the big leagues (at least in merchanting) - although you can still only flip 1 Phat :s
Max cash is where it's very interesting - and then the phat collection will come with time and patience. Put some money away as a just in case fund, invest it in easters/hweens and don't touch it! And just be an honest, caring, and friendly individual - seems like the most important part of being a host, seeing as most every host i've talked to has those qualities =D
