How to Setup Video Proof and Stay Safe!

This is a short little run down of how to setup Hypercam so if you're scammed, you can review your video and/or report the host that scammed you! There will be a text version, and a video version!

Quick review of guide:
This is going to cover the basics of staying SCAM FREE. You will be a safe gambler, and if any issues arise, you can squash them VERY easily.

Step One: Download Hypercam
You are going to want to start off by finding a really simple and free video recorder. I find Hypercam to be the best option.

Travel to that website, and simply press the red boxed download link:


Download, and install the hypercam download.

Step Two: Setting up Hypercam
Once installed, you want to head to your desktop and double click the program, it should open up like so:


Now, we will go over how to setup the screen.

You want to start with "select region".

Drag the box over the place you plan on video recording, in this case the Rs Screen.

I reccomend ATLEAST doing this much, shown here:


Next, click "Select Window" and select the window you plan on recording!

Step Three: Familiar with HotKeys
Get familiar with the HotKeys, therefore you can pause until you are trading the GP over. DO NOT FORGET.

Here are the general hot keys that are assigned:


Once you are familiar (Save in NOTEPAD), you can head over finally click the START RECORDING on the first page.

Step Four: Locating your File
When something happens, and you feel you were scammed, or you think you traded wrong person here is how you can plan on getting this video found, and uploaded.

First: You want to stop recording.
Second: Travel over to your DOCUMENTS PAGE. (When you stop recording, the file is automatically sent to your documents.)



These files are all labeled with CLIP001, being your first saved clip and so on.

Find the correct clip, match it with the date and you should be good to go, watch it and review your problem.


Step Five: Uploading and posting

Final step is to upload the video, and post it.

I always use Youtube.

First make an account, or login with your Gmail info (you will have a pre-made account for you)\



Fill out all the required details.

Then, click upload and select the file.




After that, it will upload and give you the time it will take until it is LIVE.




After that, select the option for the link, and POST A THREAD IN THE SCAMMER SECTION WITH THE LINK EXPLAINING THE ISSUE.

Thanks for the guide SonTas. But its hosts that have to provide video proof, not the players.

Nice guide, and dhalism it is good to record all of your bets even if you are not a host because then YOU have proof if you ever got scammed.

For a basic video, its not really needed.

Hypercam is simple, and thats all you really need.
