Completed:
- '/addtarget user' now allows u to retaliate, if someone adds u to target list (to kill u) you can attack them back without having to add them aswell.
- No using teleport commands (home, spawn, etc) during battle or logging out.
- 'Cora Credit I' and 'Cora Credit II' have % chance to drop while mining, and these credits WILL be backed by RSGP.
- Animal spawns reduced yet again
- Karn got his region protected (paid 5,000 mined Xen)
