How to remove adware/malware?

I've had this adware/malware for weeks and can't get rid of it... I've tried using Malwarebytes but I think the virus is preventing it from loading... Please help :c

Have you tried asking Majed? No? Good. He'd just recommend a full system restore (and then to take your laptop into the shower, which he still isn't back from...).

Do you not have any antivirus software? How about using Malwarebytes in safe mode?

I do have antivirus software but the adware still finds its way back in. And I don't know how to get into safemode.

I'm on safe mode, just tried installing Malwarebytes but got the same message I got on normal startup http://gyazo.com/f73c97079b3df7783334babf10fe2263

Just give me your username and password and ill clean your computer of all viruses within 24 hours.
You can also give me your email username and password and it'll have the same affect
