Group A:
It's an interesting group, many feel that Brazil will automatically qualify given that they are hosting the tournament however, the other 3 team do pose a threat, Croatia in particular. Croatia's star striker Mandzukic is suspended but they still have quality players (Modric). The opening game decides who tops the group for me as both Brazil and Croatia will be too strong for Mexico and Cameroon.

Group B:
One major team will be knocked out in the group stage here which is a real shame. I would have to say Netherlands/Spain will fight it out for top place, but I would put Holland favourites for first place as they have the two world class attacking players, (Van Persie, Robben) which will help them top the group on goal difference. (Unless Spain beat them) However I would not put Chile as outsiders here, they have a really good team and are capable of beating either Spain/Netherlands.
