So is there anyway i can make this laptop better? So I can use Irc, play rs, and watch livestreams...

Rs itself... I have it on min quality and min screen size and i'm at 4fps...

Edit - Oh another thing, I found out that when the fan thing inside the laptop goes quiet things run smoothly, but when it starts going loud again, I start to lag. My max fps on Rs on minimum graphics and screen when I'm not lagging is around 22.

I bought this laptop 4 years ago... I didn't know what AMD and Intel was lol. All I knew back then was that Dell was a good laptop (IMO DON'T HATE)

I bought my cp 3 years ago I think, just little better performance. It's more for cinema though.  

Buy a new laptop. That's literally all you can do. Laptops just aren't upgradable. If you want something you can upgrade and continually keep on the cutting edge of technology, get a desktop- of course, you're going to be sacrificing portability.

AMD processors are not good.

You have low ram. buy ram sticks (not expensive,get maybe 2x 4gb) and install them into your laptop (incredibly easy)

His RAM is honestly fine. Reason being, with that shitty of a processor, it would be a waste of money upgrading to 4 gigs or more, if that's even possible on his machine. With a single core running @ 2.40, you need to get a new system.
