There is a section called 'Video Clips', and believe it or not, it's for video clips such as this.

Andrew, monkey see, monkey do. If you say that no one views video clips and continue to post things that belong there in spam, others will do the same and that section will be unused. However, if people actually started posting things in the proper section instead of just piling everything in spam, those sections would be more active.
