So, apparently Majed shouldn't be unbanned (ty4dalock; best decision ever, imo, even better than banning him in the first place, gj gj)... I'd like to see anyone argue against this whole affair.
Preamble
Christina was demodded for attempting to moderate two forums, one of which was a new forum led by a former member here who defected from clan. She did so out of the goodness of her own nature, assuming she would be performing an act of kindness and not knowing that it would displease Andrew and result in her demodification (yo). Since then, we've seen a surge of teh ole spammin' that none of the current mods care (or apparently have the time) to contain and a few of which have actively been partcipating in.
We need her back.

Her demod was unfair.
There is no rule against non-ranks being in two places at once and I really doubt she in anyway meant to promote Taco's new clan, though it may have occured indirectly as a result (tbh, it was all the drama some members started which did more 'damage'). My point regarding this is the law phrase thingy, actus non facit reum, nisi mens sit rea, and that should totally apply here; Christina had the best of intentions and this was an honest mistake in her ~two years of the utmost loyalty and dedication.
What Andy did not do (and thus made one of the biggest mistakes in all this) was to consult with Christina before demodding her. He should have actually told her to her face that there is a non-existent rule for mods to stick to one forum and then made clear to her that she needed to make a choice between Cora Dyce and Taco. I know it's his forum and all, but that's just disrespectful given all that's she's done for him and his clan.
Neither is there any point to push away members who want to help and who possess all the skills necessary to do so. No-one can deny that she is one of the best mods we have ever had, her hard-work is off the scale and... nvm, here's Sichuan:
Ooh, yeah, she also has three of the best videos in her sig.
For these reasons, I feel she deserves a second chance.

I saw no problem with moderating both the forums. I was not a host here, just a voluntary moderator. I never saw any rules stating that you couldn't participate in other forums, and figured it would be fine for me to moderate at Taco's as well. I wasn't advertising his clan here, nor was I trying to get members over to his clan. I didn't hide that I was there, like some of the hosts here are. I see no reason for me being demodded other than some people obviously wanting to dole out the hate hammer as fast as possible.
Very surprised by some of y'all, I thought of you guys as my friends. I was a host here for a year and a moderator for 8 months. Never in that time did I go to another clan, or bet at other clans like some of the other hosts have. I didn't realize that I wasn't allowed to be on other forums. I could see if I was a host at some other place that it wouldn't be cool, but just a mod? Lmao.
Thank you to those who are defending me, I'm glad to see honesty hasn't completely died.
I'll make a #Sam4mod campaign tomorrow. It's 2am.
